Welcome to Loopmint Technology Limited. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, loopmint.io (the "Site"), and the wholesale trading services we provide. By accessing or using our Site, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Loopmint Technology Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong, operating in the wholesale trading of electronics items.
Our products and services are offered on a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale basis. Product listings on this Site are for general information; availability, condition grades and pricing are confirmed per order through our quotation process. Minimum order quantities apply.
Quotations issued by us are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to stock availability. An order is confirmed only when we have accepted it in writing and any agreed payment terms have been met. We reserve the right to accept or decline any quote request or order at our discretion.
Pre-owned devices are supplied according to the condition grades described on our Grading page. Grades describe cosmetic and functional condition at the time of dispatch. Product names and trademarks (including Apple and Samsung marks) are the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification only.
Prices are quoted per order and, unless stated otherwise, exclude shipping, insurance, customs duties and taxes applicable in the destination country. Payment methods and terms are agreed per order and stated on the relevant quotation or invoice.
Shipping terms, timelines and responsibilities are confirmed with each order. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the shipping terms stated on the order confirmation. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and compliance requirements in their destination country.
Buyers should inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Claims regarding quantity, condition or grading discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within the period stated on the order confirmation, with supporting evidence. Validated claims are resolved through replacement, credit or refund as agreed.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics and logos, is the property of Loopmint Technology Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loopmint Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that order.
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Site.
